We never analyze your file contents
We don't read, index, or search through your documents, images, or media. Your content remains your private business.
We never use your files for AI training
Your files are never fed into machine learning models, AI systems, or used for any form of automated analysis or training.
We never share your files with third parties
Your files are not shared, sold, or made available to any external parties. Period.
We never keep files beyond retention period
Once the retention period expires, your files are permanently and irreversibly deleted. We don't keep backups of user files.
We never sell your personal information
Your email, usage data, and any personal information is never sold to advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties.

Security FAQ
Can your employees see my files?
No. Our systems are designed so that even our own team cannot access your file contents. Files are stored encrypted and access is restricted to automated systems only.
What happens if there's a security breach?
We have incident response procedures in place. In the unlikely event of a breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours per GDPR requirements, detailing what happened and what steps we're taking.
Is it safe to convert sensitive documents?
Yes. Your files are encrypted in transit, scanned for malware, processed in isolation, and automatically deleted. For highly sensitive documents, we recommend converting as a registered user with manual deletion after download.
Do you backup my files?
No. User files are not backed up. When deleted (manually or automatically), they are permanently removed. We do backup our system configurations and databases (which don't contain file contents).
Can I request my data be deleted immediately?
Yes. You can delete any file instantly from your dashboard. You can also request full account deletion, which removes all your data within 30 days (usually faster).
How do you handle law enforcement requests?
We comply with valid legal requests. However, because files are automatically deleted and we don't log contents, we typically have minimal data to provide. We will always notify users of requests unless legally prohibited.
